Beatrice Onyango, Coordinator, African Visionary Fellowship à Segal Familly Foundation basé à Naïrobi a visité le groupe de solidarité TURASHOBOYE I situé dans le site BPE de RUKARAMU en commune MUTIMBUZI,
A cette occasion, les membres lui ont témoigné que grâce au suivi et encadrement de Foi en Action, ils ont des activités génératrices de revenus durables, ce qui les permet de manger 3 fois par jour et maintenir leurs enfants à l’école, alors qu’avant ils avaient de la peine d’avoir même un seul repas par jour. Actuellement, à côté du commerce, certains ont pu s’acheter des parcelles, les autres font la location des terrains cultivables, les autres font l’élevage du petit bétail. Ils ont témoigné aussi être promoteurs le bien-être de leur communauté à travers différentes activités de prévention de risques, de l’hygiène et de prévention des maladies des mains sales.

Beatrice Onyango, Coordinator, African Visionary Fellowship at Segal Familly Foundation based in Naïrobi visited the Self-Help Group “TURASHOBOYE I” located in RUKARAMU area in MUTIMBUZI commune, at Bujumbura province.
On this occasion, the members testified to him that they have sustainable income-generating activities, which allows them to Cover the needs of their families and to school their children, while before they had the trouble of having one meal a day.
They insist by saying that because of Faith in Action’s training, Currently, next to trade, some of them have bought plots, others are renting farmland, the others are breeding small livestock. They also testified that they sensitize. the local community to prevent disasters, and diseases of dirty hands.
