During the growing your customer base session, I learned how to listen to my customers in order to build loyalty and increase my profits.” Evangeline NIYOKWIZERA from the Kabusa district of the Buterere zone testifies.
Evangeline, a widow and mother of 4 children, had difficulty earning money and her children had dropped out of school for lack of school materials and food. She has now found confidence in her ability to do so. At the moment she can provide for her family, feed her children, send them to school and even participate in the social life of the community. She also contributes to the promotion of children’s rights by giving food and temporary shelter to children in difficult situations and by strengthening their parents so that they can take good care of their children.

Evangeline veuve et mère de 4 enfants avait du mal à pouvoir gagner de l’argent et ses enfants avaient abandonné l’école par manque de matériels scolaire et de quoi manger. Elle a maintenant trouvé confiance en sa capacité de faire. Pour le moment elle peut subvenir aux besoins de sa famille, nourrir ses enfants, les envoyer à l’école et même participer à la vie sociale dans la communauté. Elle contribue également dans la promotion des droits de l’enfant en donnant de la nourriture et hébergement temporaire aux enfants en situation difficile et en renforçant leurs parents pour qu’ils parviennent à bien prendre en charge leurs enfants.
